How to reach the editor

This site is an editorial resource on stability and storage. The editor reads everything sent to the address below, and replies to most of it.

What we can help with

• A correction: a passage that is wrong, out of date or misleading.
• A question about something the guide says, or about a part it leaves out.
• A suggestion for a subject the guide should cover.
• Permission to quote or reproduce a section elsewhere.

What we cannot help with

Nothing is sold on this site, and we are not able to act on anything to do with an order, a delivery, a return or a document issued by somebody else. In particular we cannot:

• take, change, track or cancel an order of any kind;
• confirm, extend or reissue a date or a document issued by another party;
• examine, store or test any item;
• advise on what a reader should do with any material or item.

Anything of that kind has to go to the party you dealt with. We hold no records about it and cannot obtain any.

Replies

This is a small editorial desk, not a support line. Most messages get an answer within a few business days. Corrections are prioritized over everything else, because a wrong passage that stays up is worse than a slow reply.
